About Fuego Tequila Grill

Fuego Tequila Grill owners Edward and Javier Schmitt source their chicken from free-range farms, their pork from hormone-free providers, and their salmon from wild waters. But their recipes? Those come from their grandma, who fused influences from all over the Schmitts' native Mexico to curate a traditional menu all her own. Chefs stuff avocados with fresh tiger prawns, make chorizo in-house, crown citrus salad with certified Angus steak, and cloak enchiladas in rich mole sauce.
