Sauced BBQ & Spirits wanted to bring authentic Southern BBQ to Northern California, so that's exactly what they did, from the slow-cooked meats to the sauce recipes to the actual building materials that were reclaimed from barns in Georgia and North Carolina. A rustically modern space, you'll feel right at home as soon as you walk into Sauce and take in their high corrugated metal ceiling, open seating area, and warm wooden accents. All of their meats are cooked onsite with options including spare ribs, burnt ends, pulled pork, smoked chicken, and sliced brisket--pick your favorites and add some sides like jalapeno cheese grits and smoky baked beans to create a full meal.
