Sure, slow-smoked ribs and lamb chops are delicious all on their own, but the team at Spud Headz thinks there's one thing that could make them even better: potatoes. Lots and lots of potatoes. That's why they use their signature spuds as the foundation for more than 30 smashed potato meals, all of which are made to order with homemade sauces and gravy.

As profiled on the Local 4 News, these smashed potato bases have a consistency that's closer to baked potatoes than mashed potatoes, but what makes them really stand out are the toppings—signature creations include chicken and broccoli, Italian sausage, and southwest chipotle catfish. And the chefs are always coming up with new recipes, yielding creations like smothered fries, stuffed potato skins, and garlic butter rice. There's even a suggestion box so customers can submit their own potato ideas for consideration.
