It's a highly efficient place to work out! 30 minutes you are in and OUT! Jeremy is very mellow and no fuss. The space is modest, but it serves it's purpose. Jeremy gives you your instructions and you bust out the workout. The workouts are always different and challenging, using very functional body movements. I am still sore! :)

I was looking forward to joining a new boot camp, since I just moved to the area. However, I was very disappointed with this experience. Classes are only 30 minutes - initially, I wasn't sure what to think of that. The workouts were decent but didn't seem long enough to be effective. It seemed to be more of a social hour for the trainer - he spent most of the 30 minutes just talking to people. When I go to work out, I go to actually work out, not to socialize. If you're able to carry on a conversation while working out, you're not working hard enough, in my opinion. Also, he didn't spend any extra time helping the new people get acclimated to the warm up, exercises, etc.
