Awful. Called ten times before I got someone on the phone to make an appointment. Got to my appointment and after ten minutes of waiting they informed me they couldn’t take me. Drove there for nothing. Hard time making redo appointment. Arrived at the second appointment and again had a long wait. Color was pretty, but they wouldn’t do any designs offered in the groupon. It was stressful overall.
