The car that had the remote start put it needed the additional part, which was an extra charge and that wasn't disclosed to me until the starter was installed. It was an additional $116.00 which I thought should have been discussed before the starter was pu in. I'm sure I would have agreed to the charge, I just didn't like the way it was handled.

Couldn't ask for a better experience! I arrived a half hour late They were still able to take me immediately My car was done in less then 2 1/2 hours Very simple instructions and it works! I had such a bad experience 3 years ago with a company in Massachusetts After going back three times because of problems with the system I asked them to remove the system They actually gave me a hard time and wasn't going to give me all my money back I finally got a refund and swear I would never attempt to install a new one again! I saw the Groupon add for Sound Fx in East Providence and decided I'd give it one more chance I'm glad I did! They have a great rep, have been around for a long time Everything works great Highly recommend them!!!

I bought my very first Groupon a couple of yrs ago when I wanted a remote starter for my new car. I was hesitant with both Groupon and Sound FX, but no need to have worried. The guys at Sound FX patiently answered my questions and were kind and friendly. As a middle aged woman, I'm often intimidated by technical things and 'guy gadgets' but again... no need to have worries. Recently my husband bought a new car and I searched out Sound FX groupon and purchased one for him. It was installed Saturday and hubby is very happy. Thank you Sound FX and Groupon!
