What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

As long time dog owners, we always struggled finding trustworthy and convenient pet care providers. We discovered that many dog-walking businesses underpay, underprepare, and undervalue their walkers, which leads to missed appointments, high turnover, and other problems that characterize the industry. Determined to create a trustworthy experience fit for child-care, we built a business that values and incentivizes the best providers and prepares them to succeed through training and technology.

What do you love most about your job?

We have one of the few companies that bring delight to everyone involved. Our walkers truly enjoy caring for pets, many volunteers at shelters and rescues in off hours; the pets truly get a day in the sun, and pet owners are finally able to reward themselves and their pets.
