I arrived on time and waited more than 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment. No one was working at the front desk. It felt very disorganized and mismanaged. It was extremely stressful because I was trying to get to a wedding and had scheduled the appointment to go straight there. I also hated my hair - I chose the style because I thought it would be quick - and there was no time to fix it.
