They do a great job, but the people who do your hair apparently aren't there all the time and are constantly late. I arrived about 15 min prior to my appt and the stylist arrived 25 min after the appointment time so I ended up wasting a lot of time. My hair looked great though.

I missed the fine print for 1 appointment and went on a Fri and ended up paying a non-groupon price out of pocket. the styling was good. The place is not busy every time I go compared to other places, and there must be a reason. Parking nearby is a pain or even impossible at certain hours.
