The person offering the service was extremely rude, short, and impatient on the phone when I called to schedule the appointment. She did not even listen to me and really did not project a safe and reliable professional attitude. I am yet to go for the actual acupuncture and I am feeling uneasy about trusting this person with my body given how reactive and negative they came across on the phone.
