Hi, thank you for writing a review. It is unfortunate you experienced that during your session. While our staff are trained in multiple modalities, we understand that every therapist style of practice doesn't work for everyone. We do not practice methods to harm anyone and knowing sensitivity to touch can occur, there is a follow up guideline we conduct with notification from the client. Adding to that we encourage comfort and a solace environment to all of our visiting clientele. This information is pertinent to our growth and since our closure March 16, 2020 we've continued training on our scope of practice. Please for future reference inform your therapist and/or management of any issues or if you feel uncomfortable as that is the key to resolve matters fast and prevent future incidents.
