What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Class sizes are limited to 10 individuals. Each training session is recorded. Recordings are then shared among the class, where students can offer suggestions, ask questions, and actually see how their body moves when under duress.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
We provide boxing heavy bag, speed bag, agility ladders, jump ropes, and other training aids (all the stuff you used in gym class). You need to wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind sweating in.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was teaching Krav Maga when I realized the techniques taught are too elaborate to be executed when under duress and they require you to have full mobility, i.e., not wearing work clothes or heels or carrying a bag. Most important, they teach you only how to address threats with physical violence.
