The upscale American dishes at fed Restaurant are made with local, organic ingredients. Seafood comes from nearby fishermen, local farms supply meat and produce, and the beer, spirits, and wine hail from neighborhood beer, spirits, and wine wells. And pretty much everything's prepared in-house—the corn dogs, the ketchup, the fries. House-cured bacon crowns the Black Angus burger, and even the pickles that come with the fried oysters are products of the fed kitchen.
