They prepared my taxes in a lot quicker than the previous company that i go to. The guys are professional and helped me maximized my refund in a legit way.

First, the U St location employee showed up 45 minutes late so I had to wait. Then he took almost 2 hours to do my taxes that last year took only 1 hour at H&R Block (my return was the same level of complexity as last year's). Then he made three mistakes that I caught myself after I got home, so I went to H&R Block for a second look and H&R Block found more than 5 mistakes and got me an additional $1300. So if I didn't have H&R Block redo my return, Ghion would have made me lose $1300. I had to pay an additional $280 to H&R Block for them to redo the mess that Ghion made of my taxes. Trying to get reimbursed by Ghion for that, we'll see. Also wasted my entire Saturday on this mess.
