I try to be understanding of small businesses but the lash service was poor. Too much glue, yet the lashes were falling off after just 5 days! She spent more than 90 minutes even when I informed her that I was hard on time. The worst part was she completely didn't honor the free refill because she decided to take on another client at the time we had scheduled. Not recommending her for lashes.
