The lady that did my eyebrows was super sweet and did a great job would definitely come back and tell my friends to go there!

The chair was not accommodating for my neck to rest upon during the service. I am 5'9". Additionally, my hips were confined in the chair; women's size 22. These conditions made the experience uncomfortable as I was hold my neck up during the threading. I asked the technician to pause so that I could slide down in the chair to the neck rest; however, my thighs were then hanging off of the seat. After asking the technician to correct her work twice, I left with resolve to clean up my brows at home. I rated this experience as 3 star because although the venue is gorgeous and fragrant customers can be uncomfortable during the service and have to coach up the technician to have quality work.
