Was unable to get my carpets cleaned was told that the Groupon that I purchased for my small rooms did not qualify and wanted to quote me more money before they would start. I then asked how to get a refund and was told that I needed to reach back out to Groupon but they also used the coupon and said it was completed.

I purchased a Groupon from this establishment and I never used it but on my Groupon list it shows redeemed. I am going to report this company to Groupon because that is false advertisement, their getting paid for a service they did not do and then marking the certificates redeemed.
