I had a disappointing experience. First, they tried to charge a $5 “Groupon tax” for a facial, which shouldn’t apply in NJ—facials aren’t taxable, and even Groupon confirmed they DON'T CHARGE TAX. Second, I told the technician not to touch my eyelashes. She ignored me, got product on them, and it took 30 minutes to fix. Facial felt rushed and my pores were still clogged.
