What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Ross Fine Candies was established in 1948 and is currently being ran by the third and fourth generation of the family. Everything we make is in small batches, and we only use high quality ingredients including our imported Belgium chocolate.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are inspired by the joy people get when buying our products and being a fourth generation company we also enjoy hearing about the stories our customers share with us about how they enjoyed Ross’ chocolates when they were young children.

What do you love most about your job?
We love coming into work every day creating excellent products for our customers while having fun doing it. When you love what you do it really doesn't feel like work.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We typically always receive good feedback about our products however I always enjoy when I work with elderly customers who have been shopping here for 60 years and always have positive things to say about our products.
