There is a requirement that a Groupon cannot be put toward a sale item. I do not understand this as with any business the money spent/coupon portion does not go directly to the particular good purchased but to the general cash flow of the business. In my case the discount portion of the Groupon had expired and the initial response was that even the $15 of my money could not he used on a sale item. Fortunately the store representative believed the customer was right and allowed the purchase. I have bought many items, including two bicycles over the last 40 years at Braun's. Thanks.
