Beth’s Cleaning Services, Watertown

Truly the worst customer service of all time and SO unreliable. She told me last minute her team couldn't come, then changed her mind and I was working when they arrived. They did only half the time I paid for and Beth told me she'd honor the rest. Then she redeemed the voucher anyway and now is refusing to honor the rest of the time. Groupon also wouldn't give me a 50% refund. Just an overall really poor experience and wouldn't recommend the service even if it was the only one available.

Terrible, terrible! Terrible communication, I called to confirm last night & she changed the time by 2 hours then cleaners showed up an hour late without any heads up from owner. Then she was terribly rude about the fact they were late! My floors look like they were cleaned with dirty water, didn't vacuum rugs, didn't dust, bathtub never cleaned & more! Paid for a DEEP CLEAN, didn't even receive a basic clean. When I voiced my issue to the owner she was again terribly rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Beth cleaners were very focused and efficient. This was my first experience with them and I was very impressed with their services.

So I got a Groupon with Beth and it went ok. Her cleaners needed supervision but with that it was fine. I hired her frequently in the last year but she has become very unreliable. She has canceled and changed dates several times. She tells me she's out of country and can't supervise when people show up. She sent me weird text messages about how she needed business. I had her scheduled today because I have a new tenant coming. I texted her and called her about this several times. Then she did not show this morning and emailed me finally that she canceled her cleaners and forgot about me. She had another family emergency. I am not going to use her anymore and can't recommend her because she does not always show up
