Nothing beautiful or relaxing about Jenifer Beauty. I scheduled a massage two weeks in advance, but then had to cancel because i got a cold. I called back twice to reschedule, and each time was promised a call back that never came. On my third call, they said they were no longer accepting Groupon. Now I am trying to get a refund.

No one answers the phone - called to reschedule but they aren’t open Monday-Wednesday so by the time I got someone to call back it was too late and they wanted to charge me a penalty fee and could not fit me in before the Groupon expired. Thankfully Groupon issued me a refund.
