I paid $59.06 on Groupon for a haircut, deep conditioning, and blow-dry session that was advertised as a $78 value. Since my voucher had expired, they said Groupon only reimbursed them $15, and then asked me to pay an additional $45. In the end, the service felt no different from what I could get at Supercuts, and they didn’t even fully blow-dry my hair because they said I only paid $45 (even though, in total, it came out to over $100). On top of that, communication was difficult due to the language barrier, which made the experience even more frustrating.
