I was very pleased with my appointment at unique laser Center in Watertown. I had the Hydro facial with LED therapy. My technician was excellent. She was very friendly and warm. She explained everything that she was going to do before she started. Happy with my results and would highly recommend unique laser, Watertown to friends!!

I purchased a voucher for a laser hair removal, but never received the services. I spoke with the owner from the business who said she would match other area of services, was at other appointments at the time she stated she would call me back at 3 pm never received a phone call follow up or call back. To make it worse she marked my voucher as used even though I never had an appointment!
