The girl who did my pedicure (Gina's sister) was very nice. However the space was not very clean. Also the person who was SUPPOSED to do the pedicure called in sick. There was a little mix up about that, I feel that someone should have called me so I could have rescheduled. I had the feeling I was putting the other girl out.

Unpleasant in every way. Facility had no toilet paper or towels in the bathroom. Rude, surly behavior. Sub par service. Not a pedicure. More of a polish change. I decline to return.

The shellac groupon would have been a great deal, however, it was extremely difficult to get ahold of someone on the phone to make an appointment & they were also booked for the first month or so of the groupon. My shellac also did not last more than a few days before it all peeled off (which has NEVER happened before - usually they last 2 weeks or so). I was very dissatisfied with the service I got and would not recommend going to this salon for shellac manicures! I also only got to use 1 of the manicures when I paid for 3 due to the lack of available appointments and also not wanting to return after my first bad experience.

I HAD THE NAIL SHELLAC SERVICE AND IT WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD. THE SHALLIAC POLISH PEELED ITS SELF OFF BEFORE THE DAY WAS OUT. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY NICE BUT I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE HER DRESSED MORE APPRORIATELY AND IN A PROFESSIONAL MATTER. THE TANK TOP REVIELED A LITTLE TO MUCH. I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
