I bought this for my husband and he enjoyed his massage. My only complaint is that when he called to make his appointment they told him the groupon was going to expire 2 weeks before it was supposed to and even though he had the voucher in his hand that said it expired May 1 they told him he was wrong. The people who answer the phone need to be better informed or perhaps not have a couple voucher deals going at the same time if that is where the confusion came from

The two girls who were at the reception desk need some lessons in customer service. No smiles; no acknowledgement of me when I walked in a little after my husband. Short answers and eating their lunch at the desk while checking him in. Other than that, masseuse was good.
