No one seemed to know what was needed or what to install. My boyfriend was told one thing on the phone and I was told something completely different. I asked about an upgrade and was criticized for going for the Groupon deal instead of calling Stereo Plus directly.

The car starter is great. But the service wasn't the greatest. However you get what you need and then you get out. I would recommend you give it a try. Just be sure to call and check on your car, because you will not receive the call.
