Would recommend leaving the warm towel on shoulders, when it is removed and you are damp it gets cold.

They have some good staff and others that are not as well educated on skincare so it depends on who you get. They also do not discuss pricing ever unless you outright ask them. They will make many recommendations and never discuss pricing, even if you book a service. They will include some extras in the groupon and then others they won't but you won't know unless you ask or are asked to pay a large amount. I used all 3 groupons but won't go back because they charged me without disclosing for one service when the previous treatment they included in the groupon.
