Very few color options. The students were not allowed to cut your nails if they needed it which was rather strange.

I tried to schedule the pamper package for two I purchased for my daughter’s 11th birthday (she wanted spa day with mom) and they were no longer accepting Groupons! One disappointed little girl and one busy, scrambling mom!

I have gone to the Paul Mitchell School several times for mani/pedis. Even with an appointment, I have had to wait 15 minutes. It is not a place to go if u r in a hurry. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the quality of my mani/pedis has been average. Even though I paid for a spa manicure several times, I was given the paraffin dip once. I

Very limited nail color choices. They are not allowed to cut or trim your nails with anything but a file which is rather unusual.
