I sat for 30+ minutes waiting for a scheduled appointment. I heard/watched the manager tell a young-lady to do my nails and she out right refused and walked to the back. Then the lady giving me service asked the manager if she could give me a free scrub(the paper cup of green goop) for my long wait,(I did not ask for any compensation) he then answered "ask her what polish she wants" as if he did not understand...that was a clear no. Will not be returning. They should take lessons from Groupon's great customer service!

The woman who did my manicure was nice, but she rushed through my appointment & my nails show for it. The polish was put on very sloppy. She filed them into a 'U' shape. They aren't straight or nicely curved, they look terrible. :( Won't be back.
