The owner personally took care of me while she was moving the salon she was very very nice and she took her time and did a great job.

Can't get an appointment. They never answer the phone, never return voice mails. I have paid for a Groupon I can't even use. Horrible customer service.

Very unprofessional- 15min late for appt (doors locked, no one there) and then continually snapped her gum in my ears while applying the lash extensions.

Don't go here. Seriously. The worst. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. My fiancé is still complaining about how they damaged her nails and she went there 3 weeks ago.
