Waxhaw Escape, Waxhaw

Founded in 2019, Waxhaw Escape gives players a chance to escape a tricky room or escape to another world entirely. In addition to offering traditional escape rooms—each of which is thoughtfully designed, from its set and props to its plot and clues—Waxhaw also boasts a free-roaming, first-person virtual reality game that engages players mentally and physically strapping them in body-motion sensors. While clasping a weapon, up to three players can compete together in the "Extraction Point," where survivors of a zombie apocalypse must stay alive as they wait for their rescue helicopter.
