Let me start by saying that the person who gave me the facial, Jen, seemed very nice. However, the facial was terrible. The products did not seem very high quality and left my face sticky and greasy. Jen was a little rough on my face with her fingers and never asked if I was comfortable at all during the facial. She also left the room for long periods of time without saying anything, which was strange. The facial did not include my neck or decolletage, but included my shoulders (??). This $90 (regular price upon which I am tipping!!) anti-aging facial took less than 45 minutes. The facial started about 20 minutes late and she did apologize for the wait. All in all, not the relaxing, soothing or lasting treatment I was looking forward to.

Before I received my facial I was given a terry body wrap that had obviously been used many times before and had hair matted in the Velcro closure. The table as well show less then fresh coverings. The facial was okay., I have had many much better.
