NYC BOAT CRUISES INC, New York

Let me start by saying that the view was great! The issues started when we arrived to the pick up location and there were NO signs to show where we'd be picked up. We had to ask other people in different lines to find our correct location. Then our ferry was late and I believe disabled so they had another ferry in place but at a different docking point. We heard it all through other people not even the staff. Waited on line for almost an hour while only 1 person checked tickets to board. Once on the ferry there were 3 bars but only 1 was open. Then there wasn't enough seating. 1st floor was fine but on the 2nd and 3rd there was a lot of open space in the middle. All the seating was around the perimeter of the the space and people were holding their seat with jackets. My 70 yo aunt and I had to stand while eating a not so great meal.

The Water tour was wonderful! The Staff was incredible & the jazz quartet was a very classy touch. We throughly enjoyed our trip. Thank you Aprill,Dawn,Lea-Ann & Melissa

I brought my wife and and 8-month daughter and enjoyed the experience. The boat was good, family friendly environment with jazz band playing, view was amazing and lunch, all employees are kind. Points for improvement: sausages in the hotdogs were completely over fried, making it unbeatable, line in the food station was too slow (taking almost 1 hour to reach food), no seats for everyone.

Too many people on the boat, we stood for 4 hours because there were no chairs available for us to sit on.
