Quality and speed don't have to be at odds with each other, something Sushi-teria proves daily. Here, the chefs prepare dozens of fresh, eye-catching sushi rolls—most of which are ready to enjoy in less than 7 minutes, thanks to an expedient iPad ordering system. However, the chefs meticulously assemble offerings to ensure they are feasts for the eyes as well as the stomach. For example, the Red Dragon specialty roll is always elegantly finished with sliced bigeye tuna and homemade spicy mayo. Likewise, the Pacific Jewel is delicately drizzled in eel-citrus sauce before being garnished with scallions.

The chefs also show off their attention to detail with custom collections of maki bites. Rather than ordering an entire six-piece roll of sushi, diners can combine these bites in whatever fashion they choose. That's far from Sushi-teria's only unique offering, though. The eatery also offers rice-less sushi rolls called crystal wraps, and takes a cue from Mexican cuisine with its salmon and shrimp-tempura burritos.
