First, they decide what size bowl they'd like or if they want to skip the bowl and try their fusion poke burrito(basically a giant sushi roll). Next, they choose a base, which could be rice, mixed greens, or keto-friendly cauliflower rice. Step 3 is choosing a protein. Proteins range from fresh tuna, salmon, chicken, or tofu. Finally, they choose their mix-ins, sauces, and toppings to their palate's desire. The end result is a delicious poke creation.
