About this Business
From Our Editors
With a railing and some concrete separating the patio from the water, Mill 67’s diners have an up-close view of the Mousam River. They also have front-row view of the chefs smoking brisket, turkey, and pork belly at the river’s edge, and filling the air with the smells of dinner. The chefs fashion their meats into gourmet meals influenced by French cuisine, from poutine gravy to salads with chicken, strawberries, and blueberry vinaigrette. Inside the eatery, lantern-style sconces bedeck exposed brick walls, and a sleek bar holds up pint glasses and old coffee tins filled with craft brews.
