The chefs fashion their meats into gourmet meals influenced by French cuisine, from poutine gravy to salads with chicken, strawberries, and blueberry vinaigrette. Inside the eatery, lantern-style sconces bedeck exposed brick walls, and a sleek bar holds up pint glasses and old coffee tins filled with craft brews.
