Tully's Beer & Wine, Wells

I checked the offer for fine print limitations and found none so I purchased the Groupon. When I was in the store this week, I selected six bottles of wine and presented the certificate at which time I was told there was fine print that they couldn't note on the certificate, it was only good for glassware and items located on a rack at the front of the store. Without too much discussion and not making it difficult or ugly, they settled at discounting the $15 that I spent on the Groupon so I wasn't out my original money. Perhaps they got a customer in the store but that is the last time I will shop there.

Though on the Groupon it stated that we could spend $30 on Tully merchandise, we were limited to undesirable merchandise on a single shelf. When I questioned this, and presented my Groupon, showing the retailer that no where did it state we would be limited in what we had to chose from, he simply responded that a lot of people complained about that. I ended up spending my original $15 purchase price on something I actually wanted. Would NEVER go back. A bait-and-switch tactic if I ever did see one!
