I had an expired Groupon, by a couple of years. Squeaky not only honored the voucher they also did not charge a difference pursuant to the updated prices. My 2005 Mustang's interior was stellar. I felt like a stepped into a new car fresh off the lot. The red leather seats were almost glowing and the carpet was stain free. 5 stars all the way!!!

Terrible service. I do not understand what happened if there were so many positive reviews. I am not sure what they used to clean my interior but they left my doors stained and did not even vacuum under the seats. The smell of the seats shampoo was unpleasant and did not give an appearance of clean. I am wondering who will fix the issues with paint stains on my doors.

Hi Darling, I'm sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience. Please contact us to go over the details. We do not remove the seats to clean with the premium interior detail. We can add that service at an additional cost. We use a non scented shampoo for cleaning the seats, fragrance upon request. When shampooing seats and carpets - there is a cushion underneath both. When we shampoo, sometimes it can pull liquid that have penetrated the cushions, this might be what you are experiencing. Again, it would be best to get details to get your concerns sorted out.
