The staff are friendly and supportive. Trainers are motivating and positive about fitness goals. Having a personal coach for fitness goals and dietary recommendations is nice. Vegetarian meal plans available.

I am going into my 3rd class and I have loved it so far. The workout is quick, but effective. The trainers are enthusiastic and very helpful. The classes so far have been fairly small (around15-20 people), which is great because you can get a little more one on one feedback from the trainer. Overall, I am really enjoying this experience and although I am EXTREMELY sore, I actually look forward to going back!
