I bought a second facial since it was so nice but covid closed everything but she won’t respond to me now to try to book it. Unprofessional and disappointing since it was a gift and a splurge for me.

My appointment was cancel and I never was able to reach this merchant. Very disappointing! Would like a refund, but I have been unsuccessful with a response?????

I never used this Groupon. It was first showing as redeemed at the end of February . I had to call Groupon, they called the merchant and verified that I never used it. They marked it back as not used. Now I again see it as redeemed on March 2nd, while no one is going out for anything due to Covid19. Not sure if it’s the merchant or Groupon who is doing this

Super welcoming/professional! Such a cute place with a great ominous. Facial was wonderful and my face feels so soft and clean ! Also was nice how Danea told you everything she was doing and the reason for it . Will be returning for sure ☺️
