Gail is a consummate professional. She begins by having the person getting the massage start by taking a deep breath or two and then she begins with a scalp massage which is wonderful, then generally works into massaging the neck,shoulders and back . She takes necessary time with each part of the body working on the tight muscle, then moving to one arm, then the next, and then each leg, working any area identified as a problem gently but firmly. She concludes with the back leaving the person massaged feeling relaxed and invigorated.
