Terra Italian Restaurant ordered a custom-built Adirondack bluestone oven that crisps up pizzas and flatbreads in a matter of minutes. Cooks slide dough into the searing-hot wood-fired oven after covering the dough with housemade sauces, ricotta, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil.
They also whip up pasta specialties such as lobster-stuffed ravioli finished with a vodka-cream sauce and linguine topped with clams.
