She was very rude and completely disrespectful. She was unhappy that I used Groupon coupon instead of contacting her directly.And it was seen in her attitude throughout the procedure. My hair was forcefully pulled in all angles and I was touched with heat iron on my neck. I had a bad headache due to her behavior towards me and it took me a lot of time to recover. Terrible experience.
