Anthony's appreciation for the sport, developing young aspiring boxers, and helping individuals reach their fitness goals have driven his passion to continue teaching and challenging clients.

What do you love most about your job?
Growing up as a boxer in Detroit and being an understudy of Emmanuel Steward, Anthony has known the Boxing community since a young age. Anthony, also known as AB, has a professional record of 9-0, and still currently active as a force in the Super Middleweight Division.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Helping a client learn how to coordinate movement is always an extremely fulfilling experience. Young clients have the most trouble coordinating movement due to their continuous growth. It makes their day and mine when they figure out how to properly throw a punch or proper footwork.
