What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Like Bikram studios, we offer stationary, hot yoga but we offer several different types of classes with the focus on promoting cross training and diversity as part of the practice. We offer BOTH diversity and consistency.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our teachers are highly educated, energetic individuals with positive outlooks and encouraging words. Our group atmosphere and strong sense of community make you feel that you are part of something important.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The primary goal for Equanimity Hatha Yoga was to create a system of unique classes that have not been taught before based on the Ghosh yoga lineage. This series of classes build a strong community of practitioners interested in diversity, cross training and life-long health.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping others, seeing people grow and being a part of a community all make teaching yoga the best job you can ever have!
