It wasn't the application of lashes. Emma did a nice job. My issue is with their business practices. The lash market is saturated. In this case the add claimed you could purchase multiple times. When I came back to use on a subsequent purchase they told me it was only for new customers. They showed me a screenshot of a completely different add. I was refunded
