On the more expensive end

Dog returned and had diarrhea for 3 days; had to put him on prescription food. Not convinced that food we provided was used as the extra we provided wasn't returned. Dog had pine tar on back that wasn't there when we dropped him off, even though he received a wash. Not impressed with general cleanliness or that the facility is basically a warehouse. And come on, you don't accept credit cards? WTF. We are telling our friends to never use this place, especially when there are options priced similarly that are far better - like 4 Paws Unleashed. Take some lessons from them.
