I went to the one in Coral Ridge mall, not Des Moines. We had to wait 35 minutes for someone to show up. She didn't ask me anything, just got straight to work. I wasn't able to say first if I wanted slim, medium, arched, etc. It wasn't that great.

I purchased two sessions and they tried to tell me i had to use both in one session so i needed someone else, even thouh i told them the groupon didnt say that and i planned to use two sessions for myself. I went ahead and used it my way anyway. Then the second time a different lady did my eyebrow and messed it up, pulling too much hair from the center and making them look funny. I wont be back.
