It's also one that sells them short: Jack Ruegsegger and his brother Joe founded the company in 1999 as an exclusively window-washing enterprise, but soon recognized that the seasonality of the business necessitated a more rounded service offering. Gutter cleaning, power washing, and snow plowing were added to the mix in short order, and today the company even handles window washing of high-rise commercial office buildings and apartments.
